The Youth Working Group established by the Australian Coalition for Inclusive Education, has developed 2 separate surveys, aimed at students with disability and educators.

The ACIE Youth Working Group is an initiative of ACIE that aims to support young people with disability to develop their skills as advocates and to provide valuable input based on first hand lived experience, on matters concerning education for children and young people with disability.

Are you a student with a disability who wants a say in how you’re educated?

Poster in white and blue. Shows the ACIE logo with the words “Youth Voice www.acie.org.au” on the top left hand corner. In the centre, the words “It’s time for your say” appear. Under those words, there are 3 symbols representing disability – a wheelchair user symbol, a cane user symbol and a symbol representing a person standing, for invisible disability”. Underneath the symbols there is a graphic of a book, with the words “Answer our questions, create your change” across the book’s pages.

Designed by students, for students.

The survey aims to help all students with disabilities achieve their preferred pathway and put their voices forward.
